  • No automated scraping

    You may not use automated tools to bulk-download or systematically scrape skills, user data, or any other content from SkillBazaar without our prior written consent.

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

3. Publishing Skills

You may publish skills to SkillBazaar by importing from a public GitHub repository or via the CLI. GitHub-sourced skills are not copied to our servers — files are read live from GitHub, and your repository remains the source of truth. By publishing a skill, you confirm that it is publicly available and does not contain sensitive, private, or proprietary information that should not be shared.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Skills published on SkillBazaar are created and owned by their respective authors. By publishing a skill, you grant SkillBazaar a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it to users of the platform. You represent that you have the rights to publish any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. SkillBazaar does not claim ownership over any skill content published by users.

5. User-Generated Content

Skills on SkillBazaar are created and maintained by independent authors. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, or fitness for purpose of any skill published on the platform. The Verified badge indicates that a skill passed an optional AI-assisted security and integrity review — it is not a guarantee of fitness for any particular use. You are solely responsible for evaluating and testing any skill before using it in your workflows or sharing it with others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkillBazaar is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Always review a skill's content before activating it in Claude, Codex, or any other AI system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillBazaar is not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from using skills discovered or downloaded through SkillBazaar
  • Unintended AI behavior resulting from activating a skill in your agent environment
  • Data loss, security issues, or breaches caused by third-party skill content
  • Errors or inaccuracies in skill descriptions, tags, or instructions
  • Unavailability of the platform or removal of specific skills
